National Police Memorial Australia

The sacrifice made by officers who have lost their lives in service to our community is profoundly honoured through memorials like National Police Remembrance Day. Each year, on 29 September, communities and police far and wide, gather to pay tribute to those brave individuals, recognising not only those who fell in the line of duty but also those whose deaths, while not directly tied to their service, still resonate deeply with us.

As part of the Neighbourhood Crime Watchers (NCW), we remain committed to sharing information and strengthening community ties, ensuring the legacy of these officers inspires resilience and vigilance in our neighbourhoods. so that their end of watch did not silence their presence, but became the reason neighbours look out for neighbours, and continue to back the men and women in blue who protect us daily.
